SMFX is a one stop shop for all things custom, if you can dream it, John can bring your idea to life. Since 2019, John had dreamed of owning a storefront in the village of Akron and our search began, finally in April of 2021 we rented a small storefront and in November of 2021 took permanent residence and purchased 83 Main Street. John prides himself that everything in his store has been made or customized by him.

The truth is, my Tea Apothecary is small. Eleven feet wide, to be exact. Twice as long. It’s just the right size for intimate conversation and feeling at home. But, it necessitates a curated approach to offerings.
